The review
Not caught. Not forgotten.
Purists will object: none of the edible matter occupies the strainer. The objection is correct and insufficient. The bread heel, peel, and marmalade spoon form one of the clearest basin narratives in the archive.
The apple peel is continuous, suggesting concentration. The bread carries one decisive bite. Marmalade remains on the spoon but not on the bread. Breakfast appears to have been interrupted between intention and application.
What it says about the owner
Mara was packing the family map for her first trip to the coast when Tom called from downstairs. She left the spoon exactly where it fell and ran the four flights rather than wait for the lift.
The arrangement says less about haste than return. Nothing has been scraped or concealed. The sink is allowed to hold the place.

This entry is retained despite minimal strainer fidelity because the atlas explicitly includes secondary basin remainders. Taxonomic clarity is not harmed by an honest exception.
