The review
An entire weekend, sorted by color.
The pieces are too separated to be a single meal and too varied to be a single rinse. Three cereal flakes mark breakfast; the orange peel suggests the road; peas and fusilli belong to dinner; the berry event resists chronology. The spoon waits at the edge like an instrument after the experiment.
No material occupies the strainer. The entry is therefore classified as an Orbit: edible pieces arranged around a drain whose actual basket remains visually empty.
What it says about the owner
The yellow sink belongs to the coastal rental. It says little about Mara's enduring habits and much about temporary kitchens, where an owner delays tidying because departure already feels like a kind of cleaning.
Its joy is environmental rather than psychological. Not every sink must carry the full weight of a life.
